End: 2 April 2026, 6:00 PM AEDT

No entries will be accepted outside this period.

Draw Date: 2 April 2026

Draw Time: 7:00 PM AEDT

Draw Method:
The draw will be conducted using a certified third-party random selection system (Random Draws) and posted via Instagram on PROPER Streetwear’s official Instagram account.

Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over.

Employees, contractors, suppliers, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

Prize

1 x PROPER Diamond Chain
(Exact specifications and design as determined by the Promoter)

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

How to Enter

1. Purchase-Based Entry (Required to Participate)

• To qualify, participants must make at least one (1) purchase of AUD $50 or more during the promotional period
• Participants will receive 1 entry for every AUD $50 spent
• Entries are automatically allocated at checkout

2. Bonus Entries (Unlocked After Qualification Only)

• Bonus entry actions are only available after a qualifying purchase
• Once qualified, participants can access their PROPER Member Dashboard

Optional actions may include:

• Following PROPER Streetwear on social platforms
• Engaging with promotional content

Bonus entries are optional and cannot be accessed without a qualifying purchase.

Entry Tracking

All entries are automatically recorded and visible within the participant’s PROPER Member Dashboard.

The Promoter’s records are final and binding.

Prize Draw

• The winner will be selected at random using the certified Random Draws system
  
• The winner may be contacted

Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 24 hours
• The winner’s name may be published on PROPER Streetwear platforms

Winner Publicity & Promotional Content

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional and marketing activities related to the promotion.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Photography
• Video content
• Social media content
• Interviews or testimonials

The winner consents to the Promoter using their name, image, likeness, and content for promotional purposes across digital, social media, and marketing channels without additional compensation.

Unclaimed Prize

If the prize is not claimed within 30 days:

• A redraw will be conducted using the same Random Draws system
• The new winner will be notified accordingly

General Terms

• Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
• Entries must be received within the promotional period
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant breaching these Terms
• Incomplete, invalid, or fraudulent entries will be deemed ineligible
