The Proper Membership Program is a tiered loyalty system that rewards our most loyal members with exclusive benefits.

By reaching specific spending thresholds, members unlock different levels (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black), each with uniquebenefits.

Anyone can join at the Gold level by signing up and creating an account. Higher tiers (Platinum, Diamond, and Black) are unlockedby reaching their respective spending thresholds.

Your membership level is based on your total spending with Proper. The more you spend, the higher your membership tier and themore benefits you unlock.

Once you achieve a new membership level, you can start using the associated benefits immediately.

Membership status and benefits remain active as long as you continue to engage with Proper. To maintain your current membershiplevel, you need to meet the annual spending requirements within 12 months:

• Gold: No minimum spend required.
• Platinum: Spend $1,000 within 12 months to maintain your status.
• Diamond: Spend $2,000 within 12 months to stay in this tier.
• Black: Spend $5,000 within 12 months to retain your exclusive Black level.

If you do not meet the spending requirement for your current level, your membership status will be adjusted to match yourspending for the year

Members at the Platinum level and above receive a complimentary birthday gift voucher. Make sure your birthdate is saved in youraccount profile to receive this benefit
