Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over who fulfil the method of entry requirements.

Method of Entry

Participation in this promotion is free. No payment, fee, or purchase is required to enter.

Entrants may receive entries by the following methods during the promotional period:

1. Proper Membership Entry:
   Each active Proper Member automatically receives 1 entry into the draw.

2. Optional Purchase Entries:
   Purchases made on the Proper Streetwear website during the promotional period can provide additional entries.
   Purchases do not alter the price of goods or services and are optional.
   

Standard Entries:

• Every AUD $50 spent = 1 entry
  

Checkout Upsells:

• Spend AUD $50 = 2 bonus entries + AUD $20 voucher

• Spend AUD $100 = 5 bonus entries + AUD $40 voucher
  

Double Entries: (during advertised Double Entry periods only)

• Every AUD $50 spent = 2 entries
  

• Spend AUD $50 = 4 bonus entries + AUD $20 voucher
  

• Spend AUD $100 = 10 bonus entries + AUD $40 voucher
  

All entries are automatically allocated and can be viewed at any time via each participant’s Proper Member Account Dashboard.

Prize Draw

Draw Date: 21st December 2025
Draw Time: 7:00 PM AEDT
Draw Location: 27–31 Bank Street, Meadowbank NSW 2114
Draw Method: Certified random draw conducted via Random Draws (third-party verified).
The draw will be live-streamed on Proper Streetwear’s Instagram and TikTok accounts.

The draw will be conducted in accordance with NSW Fair Trading Trade Promotion Lottery requirements and New Zealand’s Gambling Act 2003 “Sales Promotion Scheme” exemption standards.

Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified immediately via phone and email. The first prize call will occur live during the livestream.

Public Announcement of Winners

All winners will be announced across Proper Streetwear’s social media platforms and on the Proper Streetwear website on 19 December 2025.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

If a prize remains unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will occur at 7:00 PM AEDT on 19 February 2026 at 27–31 Bank Street, Meadowbank NSW 2114.
Winners of the unclaimed draw will be contacted via phone and email, and their names published on Proper Streetwear’s social media platforms and website on 26 February 2026.

Full Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms & Conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
   

2. Entry is open only to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over. Directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers (including prize suppliers), and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related entities are ineligible to enter.
   

3. Participation in this promotion is free to enter. No payment or purchase is required. Purchases made during the promotional period are an optional method of obtaining bonus entries and do not affect pricing or eligibility.
   

4. All values in these Terms & Conditions are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
   

5. The Promotion commences and concludes as stated in the Promotion Period.
   

6. The Prize(s) are specified in the “Details of Prizes” section. The total prize pool is valued at AUD $54,000 (inc. GST).
   

7. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash (unless otherwise stated).
   

8. Winners agree to participate in promotional activities such as photography or video recording for publication across Proper Streetwear platforms.
   

9. Entries are automatically recorded and visible on each participant’s Account Dashboard. Incomplete, late, or incorrectly submitted entries will be deemed invalid.
   

10. The time of entry will be determined by the timestamp recorded in Proper Streetwear’s system.
    

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, delayed, or corrupted entries.
    

12. The draw will be conducted using Random Draws software, certified by an independent auditor, ensuring compliance with Australian and New Zealand trade promotion standards.
    

13. Winners will be notified via phone and email. Entrants are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.
    

14. In the event that a prize is unclaimed by the stated date, an unclaimed prize draw will occur as outlined.
    

15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants and disqualify anyone found tampering or breaching these Terms.
    

16. Entrants acknowledge that tax implications may apply to prize winnings and should seek independent financial advice.
    

17. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter disclaims all liability for loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion or the use of any prize.
    

18. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and entry content for publicity purposes without further compensation.
    

19. Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ), and Proper Streetwear’s Privacy Policy.
    

20. This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and participants in New Zealand acknowledge that the promotion is run under Australian jurisdiction while meeting New Zealand “sales promotion” exemptions.
    

21. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social platform used to advertise this Promotion are not associated with, nor do they endorse, this giveaway.
